BeOS is an essential social network, for all the millions of people who have Spain as a tourist destination, intend or have commercial relations with Her or simply like or want to know their customs and culture

1.1.- Registration need

All the contents of The BeOS Web, understood by them, by way of example, the texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as their graphic design and source codes, are Intellectual property of BeOS or third parties, without any of the exploitation rights recognized by current regulations on intellectual property on them being assigned to the User.
The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by BeOS or third parties, without it being understood that access to The BeOS Web attributes any right over them.
By accepting these General Conditions, the User gives BeOS, free of charge and exclusively, all exploitation rights over the articles, comments and opinions that the User publishes or whose publication is authorized on The BeOS Web. Said assignment shall be deemed to have been made for the world territorial area, without any limitation, and for the maximum period of time provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Property Law Intellectual, regularizing, clarifying and harmonizing the legal provisions in force on the subject.

The Premium user has a 15-day trial to learn about the "Directories" module, after this deadline, if the user wants to continue enjoying the services fully, he must pay the premium payment fee. Any claim from this point will be treated individually taking into account that the fee is non-refundable from the free trial period.

11.- Contents and services linked through The BeOS Web
The access service to The BeOS Web includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other pages and Internet Portals (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). In these cases, BeOS will only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has effective knowledge of the illegality and has not deactivated the link with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate content, he may communicate it to BeOS without, in any case, this communication entails the obligation to remove the corresponding link.
In no case the existence of Linked Sites should presuppose the formalization of agreements with the managers or owners thereof, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of BeOS with the manifestations, contents or services provided.
BeOS does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and, therefore, is not responsible for the damages caused by the illegality, quality, outdated, unavailability, error and uselessness of the contents and / or services of the Linked Sites, nor for any other damage that is not directly attributable to BeOS.
In the cases in which the User can access or be redirected to Linked Sites that allow the contracting of services and / or products, the User knows and accepts that BeOS acts as a mere intermediary facilitating said access, so it will not be responsible, nor indirectly nor subsidiary, of the damages of any nature derived from the free use and / or contracting of said services and products of third parties, as well as the lack of legality, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and topicality thereof . As an example, and in no case limiting, BeOS will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from defective compliance or breach of contractual commitments acquired by third parties; the performance of acts of unfair competition and illegal advertising; the inadequacy and disappointment of the expectations of said services and products of third parties and of the vices and defects of all kinds that may occur in them.
12.- Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to The BeOS Web or the activities carried out therein, Spanish legislation will be applied, to which the parties expressly submit, being competent for the resolution of all derived conflicts or related to its use the Courts and Courts closest to Malaga. In the event that any clause of this document is declared void, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the very purpose of these conditions.
Any breach of the rules of use will imply that the content in question can be deleted without prior notice.
